FIELD: microwave electronics; development of microwave oscillators. SUBSTANCE: reflecting triode that has control voltage source, accelerating voltage source, electromagnetic radiation output device, vacuum chamber accommodating collector, anode transparent for electrons connected to accelerating voltage source, insulating member with hole, and grounded electrode enclosing the latter, all arranged in tandem, as well as control electrode whose one end is connected to control voltage source and other one is inserted in insulating member hole; control and grounded electrodes form gap at insulating member surface on anode location side; novelty is that loose end of control electrode is fitted in insulating member hole on side of its surface facing anode and its other end is connected to control voltage source at the same side. EFFECT: enhanced stability of oscillating frequency and energy of waves produced. 1 cl, 1 dwg
