SUBSTANCE: reflecting triode based on virtual cathode has power supply source, vacuum chamber where cathode electrode and anode electrode with flat part in the form of diaphragm are placed axially. Anode electrode is installed in parallel to butt surface of cathode with gap. Radiation output channel has window so that anode electrode is supplemented with hollow conducting cylinder electrically coupled to it which is put on diaphragm uniaxially to cathode embracing it with clearance.
