SUBSTANCE: invention deals in particular with distribution of orthogonal codes in system displaying structure of channels with variable speed of transmission of data and with expansion of channels according to results of distribution. Facility expanding channels includes data carrier to record numbers of orthogonal codes which can not hold orthogonality when orthogonal code is utilized to obtain maximum speed of transmission of data, controller establishing whether corresponding numbers of orthogonal codes stored in data carrier are accessible at specified speed of transmission of data when at least one user requests transmission of data with specified speed of transmission of data and generating certain accessible numbers of orthogonal codes and control signals in accordance with results of establishment. Facility has aggregate of channel transmitters interacting with numbers of orthogonal codes from controller to expand data from data user with the aid of orthogonal code corresponding to number of orthogonal code from controller, assemblage of multipliers to multiply output signals of channel transmitters by control signals from controller, collection of transmission circuits of channels, data carrier to store number of orthogonal codes which can not retain their orthogonality while orthogonal code is utilized for maximum speed of transmission of data.
