Method for preparing vegetable raw for extraction of juice involves treatment of vegetable raw with preparation obtained from biomass of micromycetes Mortirella minutissima by sequential extraction with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water. Then the first extract is combined with solid residue obtained after carrying out above indicated stages of extraction in the amount 0.5-1 x 104 mg/t followed by keeping for 2-5 h, grinding and passing between pair electrodes.
