Raw is kept in water containing preparation obtained from biomass of micromycetes Saprolegnia parasitica by the known technology, partially or completely frozen and partially defrosted and juice is squeezed out. This allows excluding opalescence of juice. EFFECT: improved production method, enhanced output.
