FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves depositing anode-oxide layer of sulfuric acid electrolyte; providing layer-by-layer formation of polymeric coat on anode-oxide layer by sputtering under pressure of composition comprising fluoropolymer, surfactant and solvent; before depositing of anode-oxide layer, corrugating article surface to obtain roughness Ra= 4-10 micron and slot-and- peak space of 15-60 micron by acting upon surface with abrasive particles; carrying out remaining stages under conditions providing for obtaining of anode-oxide layer and polymeric coat with surfaces equally spaced from rough article surface.
