FIELD: medicine, immunology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: native culture of Y. pestis is grown by submerged method followed by deposit removal and its microfiltration. Microfiltration is carried out on pore with size 0.2 mcm in regiment of liquid tangential flow under working pressure 0.15-0.2 MPa and output 6-8 dm³.h^-1 as measured for filtrate. Method provides acceleration for preparing concentrate of bacterial cells and enhancement the yield of concentrate per unit of medium volume simultaneously.
