SUBSTANCE: in pregnant women in case of edemas and/or proteinuria and/or increased arterial pressure one should carry out monitoring of arterial pressure and heart rate during a day, compare each of measured diastolic pressure values with maximum permissible for this heart rate one, and in case when maximum permissible diastolic pressure is exceeded in more than 55% cases in daytime and/or in more than 70% at night it is possible to diagnose gestosis of severe degree.
