FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to obstetrics. To carry out differential diagnostics of hypertensive states in pregnancy, analysis of main parameters of hemodynamics, oxygen status and lactate level in woman's blood in third trimester of pregnancy is performed. Determined are: heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (AP m), cardiac index (CI), lactate level in arterialised capillary blood and oxygen extraction coefficient (O2EC). Diagnostic index D is calculated by formula: D=0.039*P1-0.080*P2+1.840*P3-0.041*P4+0.024*P5-0.3, where P1 - HR, beats per min; P2 -AP m, mm Hg; P3 is CI, l/min/m2; P4 is lactate level in arterialised (capillary) blood, mmol/l; P5 is oxygen extraction coefficient (O2EC), %. If D is higher than 0, it is concluded that woman belongs to group with chronic arterial hypertension, and if D is lower than 0, it is concluded that pregnant woman belongs to group with severe pre-eclampsia.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose hypertensive states in pregnancy, namely, chronic arterial hypertension (CAH) and pre-eclampsia, on the basis of analysis of main parameters of hemodynamics, oxygen status and lactate level in woman's blood in third trimester of pregnancy.
