FIELD: medicine, particularly, medical microsurgical devices; applicable in opthalmosurgery in antiglaucomatous operations with drainage of Schemm's canal with help of implants. SUBSTANCE: implant guide- spatula has handle and working part interconnected at obtuse angle. External side of working part has serrations at angle of 40 deg to plate surface, 0.05 mm in height and spaced at 0.3 mm. Made on plate at 4 mm from its end are reference serrations. As a result, serrations catch implant surface in moving of implant to Schlemm's canal to assist implant motion. During back motion, serrations are not engaged with surface to provide for stable position of implant in canal. Presence of reference serrations, makes it possible to introduced implant onto canal to depth not in excess of 4 mm. EFFECT: higher efficiency of use. 2 cl, 3 dwg
