FIELD: otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: perforator consists of end holders and branches, each having central recess with restricting surfaces. Branches are interconnected by rod for rotation. Rod is located axially in recess holes. Recesses contact restricting surfaces and divide each branch into parts. One branch has through hole. Secured to other branch on thread is hollow punch. Punch is located coaxially inside branch holes and provided with sharpened edge on one end faces. Ratio of punch diameter to through hole diameter is equal to 1-2 and 3-4.5 mm. Ratio of distance L between centers of holders of recess and branch holes is L:M=(90-98 mm):(30-44mm). EFFECT: provided perforator of cartilage transplants applicable in reconstruction operations on otolaryngological organs for intraoperation use in difficult to reach places excluding reimplantation of cartilage with full safety in use for surgeons. 2 dwg
