FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to otolaryngology. Device has plates with crossing handles. One plate is immovable and has handle with supporting legs. Second plate is hemisphere-shaped from bottom side. On hemisphere edge support site is made. Hemisphere is placed into cup with cone-like internal walls and horizontal site on upper edge. Cup is connected with handle. Handle has possibility of movement around axis in place where handles cross. Length of segment from axis to end of handles is 3.7 times greater than length of segment of handles from axis to their other end, connected with plates. Onto lower plate installed is limiting ring with height selected depending on transplant thickness, from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, which has in the centre hole into which distorted nasal septum is placed. Diameter of limiting ring hole is 2 times greater than septum size, pressure is performed on plate with hemisphere. As a result, device makes it possible to make transplant of nasal cavity of specified thickness, due to holding it during flattening in limiting ring of specified height.

EFFECT: even distribution of force of impact on cartilage makes it possible to obtain transplant of good quality, which improves its engraftment and has favourable impact on functional result of treatment.
