SUBSTANCE: invention describes combination of the first component (a) that is a selective antagonist of 5HT_IA of the formula (I) wherein R₁, R₂, R₃, R₄ are given in the invention claim with the second component (b) that is a selective antagonist or partial agonist of H5-HT_IB of the formula (II) wherein R₁, R₂, R₃, R₄, R₅ have values indicated in the invention claim. Components (a) and (b) are in form of free bases, solvates or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention describes methods for their preparing, pharmaceutical compositions containing indicated combinations and methods for treatment of affective disorders, such as depression, fear and OCD using indicated composition. Combination of selective antagonist of 5HT_IA and selective antagonist or partial agonist of H5-HT_1B represent the novel rational base for rapid onset of curative effect.
