SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a combination of the first component (a) that is a reuptake inhibitor of 5-HT with the second component (b) that is a selective antagonist of 5-HT_1A of the formula (I) where R₁ means n-propyl or cyclobutyl; R₂ means isopropyl, tert. -butyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl; R₃ means hydrogen atom; R₄ means hydrogen atom or methyl in the form of (R)-enantiomer as a free base or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention relates to also its synthesis, pharmaceutical preparations containing the indicated combination used for treatment of affective disorders.
