METHOD FOR ACTING UPON REPARATIVE REGENERATION PROCESS OF OSSEOUS TISSUE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: traumatology, namely acting upon reparative regeneration of osseous tissue. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of multiple action upon injured portion of limb during postoperative period by means of electromagnetic oscillations with use of acting member in the form of winding of inductor being component of LC-circuit whose terminals are supplied with HF sine oscillations; at first days after operation acting upon zone of osseous defect by means of HF electromagnetic field created by means of amplitude-modulated sine signal with carrier frequency in range 100 - 1000 kHz and at modulation frequency in range 10 - 8000 Hz; applying such electromagnetic field to winding of inductor of acting member placed in zone of defect; when 7 days are elapsed after operation before acting upon zone of osseous defect, introducing into said zone stimulating mixture containing up to 10 ml of autoblood, 2ml of 10 % - solution of calcium gluconate and 2 ml of 2 %- solution of novocain; performing procedure with stimulating mixture three times a day every other day; then interrupting procedures for 7 days and again repeating procedures; performing action by means of electromagnetic field daily during 25 - 45 days; during first three days realizing action for 20 min at voltage of inductor winding 15 V and during all next days acting for 30 min. Voltage of winding of inductor of acting member is in range 15 -30 V; during first 15 min action is realized at voltage 15 V; during second 15 min - at voltage 30 V. EFFECT: possibility for providing optimal formation of osseous regeneration for large-length osseous tissue defect.
