FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon bone defect After performing operation including pathologic bone fragment resection within the limits of healthy tissues, resection area is treated with external electromagnetic field daily during 30 min. the field is built using amplitude-modulated sinusoid signal which carrying frequency belongs to 10-1000 kHz interval and modulation frequency belongs to 10-1000 Hz interval. The signal is sent to magnetic coil winding. The coil is included into chip circuit and set on the bone resection area. Winding current is not greater than 7 mcA. First, modulation frequency is varied within the limits of 10-100 Hz with 2-3 s long period. Calcium salt preparation is administered to skin covering bone defect beginning from the tenth day after the surgical intervention before every procedure. The treatment is carried out with modulation frequency varied within the limits of 10-100 Hz with 10-12 s long period. The procedures are applied during 25-45 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
