FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing bone defect zone to electromagnetic fields composed of sinusoid wave signals of with bearing frequency in a range 200-800 kHz amplitude-modulated by a continuously changing low-frequency signal of 10-1000 Hz from third day after operation. Device having two active members designed as single functional block is used for carrying out treatment. The first active member has cylindrical inductance coil being a component of LC-oscillatory circuit of the first self-sustained oscillator. The second member has two flat coils which windings are connected in series and accordantly, being components of LC-oscillatory circuit of the second electric oscillator. Electric field intensity of each electromagnetic field is to be within 1.5-2.0 W/m near emitter surface. Procedure is given at the third day after operation daily once a day during 30 min. The total treatment course is 10-15 procedures long. Stimulating mixture is introduced into bone defect zone beginning from the fifth day after operation: autoblood 5 ml, 10% calcium solution 2 ml and 2% novocain solution 2 ml three times a day.

EFFECT: optimum bone regenerate production mode in defect zone.
