FIELD: production of reinforced concrete article; production of three-layer claydite-concrete panels. SUBSTANCE: three-layer guarding panel is made by laying hot concrete claydite at temperature of 200-300 C in warmth-keeping mold. After cooling of concrete claydite to temperature of 100 C, rated amount of cement-sand mortar is laid on layer of hot concrete claydite and is compacted; then it is kept by vacuum flask method till concrete attains required strength. Reinforcing cage is placed in mold, then warmth-keeping jacket is fitted on it and upper reinforcing fabric is secured. Second part of panel is made in parallel without reinforcing cage and warmth-keeping jacket, after which first part of panel is placed on freshly molded panel in inverted state; panel sags and is fixed at preset point.
