FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, amino acids. SUBSTANCE: L-amino acids of L- glutamic acid family are prepared by culturing Escherichia coli in nutrient medium. After accumulation L- amino acids are isolated from cultural fluid. The strain with enhanced capacity to produce L-amino acids of L- glutamic acid family that is caused by enhancement activity of protein encoded by gene b3434 is used as the strain-producer. The strain Escherichia coli 328 (pYHGN) is used as producer of L-arginine and the strain Escherichia coli 702ilvA (pYHGN) as producer of L-proline.
