SUBSTANCE: L-amino acids, for example, L-methionine, L-leucine, L-proline, L-valine or L-threonine are prepared by culturing microorganism Escherichia coli where production of L- amino acid is enhanced due to elevated activity of proteins encoded by genes b2682 and b2683. After accumulation L-amino acids are extracted from cultural fluids. Strains E. coli are transformed with plasmid (pYGAZH). The application of the strain E. coli VL2054 (pYGAZH) allows the enhancement of the yield of L-threonine, the application of the strain of E. coli H-81 (pYGAZH) the yield of L-valine, the application of the strain E. coli 702ilvA (pYGAZH) the yield of L-proline, the application of the strain E. coli 505 (pYGAZH) the yield of L-leucien, and the application of the strain E. coli 73 (pYGAZH) the yield of L- methionine.
