FIELD: mechanical engineering equipment, particularly tool cooling system or detail surface cooling system. SUBSTANCE: cooling is carried out by air flow which is supplied by flexible airway-antenna having inner metallized liner and wire disposed inside thereof. Airway-antenna inlet end is connected to high-pressure air source and adjustable high-frequency generator. High-frequency generator is stabilized by automatic frequency and amplitude regulation block linked to generator inlet by means of current transformer. Current transformer is fixed around airway antenna. Airway- antenna length is selected in accordance with generator frequency. Device controls polarity and currents of ionization operational characteristics by generator modulator. Reinforcing ring is fixed to airway-antenna outlet end such that optimal gap is created between tool and detail. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of tool cooling. 2 cl, 2 dwg
