FIELD: measurement technology, electrical, mechanical engineering, chemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: given torque motor incorporates two-section ring magnetic circuit, sensitive element coming in the form of magnetoelastic shaft. Sections of excitation and measurement windings are placed in internal space of ring magnetic circuit. Two-section winding is put on magnetoelastic shaft, its sections are intercoupled by series opposition and form closed electric circuit. Magnetoelastic shaft is hollow and has radial holes for passage of conductor connecting sections of winding of sensitive element. EFFECT: reduced power consumed by excitation winding of magnetoelastic torque motor. 1 cl, 2 dwg
