SUBSTANCE: novelty is that proposed device that has insulating bushing with circular through ports for mounting diodes in insulator disposed perpendicular to bushing plane and is designed for installing semiconductor diodes in switching units, selector switches, limiters, and other devices is provided in addition with one more insulating bushing, supporting insulating bushing, and two contact strips. Insulating bushings are metallized on one end. Diodes are installed between metallized surfaces of insulating bushings and supporting insulating bushing and secured in position by soldering with aid of contact strips and metallized surface of insulating disks.
EFFECT: reduced design capacitance and inductance.
