METHOD FOR LAPAROSCOPIC TREATMENT OF HEPATIC NONPARASITIC CYSTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should puncture a protruding cystic part. Cystic content should be aspirated. Cystic free walls are dissected. Then one should perform gradual - from periphery towards center - preparation with ultrasound destructor or forcing of glycerol solution along the border of cystic wall and parenchymatous bottom. Then one should enucleate all intraorganic part of cystic wall out of parenchymatous bottom. External draining of perhepatic space should be conducted. The present method enables to completely remove nonparasitic cyst out of the bottom by, thus, providing sufficient hemostasis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 cl, 2 ex
