FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with correction of sensitive, motor and/or cognitive failure due to intracerebral transplantation of cells and, also, it deals with cells and medicinal preparation for implementing transplantation mentioned. It is presented the transplantation of hemopoietic stem cells for treating affected brain. Moreover, hemopoietic stem cell should be conditionally immortalized, it could include temperature-sensitive oncogen which is not expressed at 35 C, and higher and expresses T-antigen SV40. Hemopoietic stem cell could be genetically transformed for expression of therapeutic heterologous gene product. Thus, the suggested transplantation of hemopoietic stem cells could be applied for treating Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson disease and that of Creutzfeldt-Jakob.
