SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of immature human pulp stem cells (hIDPSC) expressing CD44 and CD13, and hIDPSC cells expressing CD44 and CD13 and not expressing HLA-DR and HLA-ABC, as well as pharmaceutical compositions for treating a neurological disease or condition in a subject. Method involves obtaining a tooth pulp from a human milk tooth, washing the TP with a solution containing antibiotics, and placing the TP in a container with a culture medium. It is followed with mechanical transfer of TP into another container with culture medium after stating growth and adhesion of hIDPSC to create an explant culture. Repeating the stages of collecting the grown hIDPSC expressing CD44 and CD13, or hIDPSC expressing CD44 and CD13 and not expressing HLA-DR and HLA-ABC, from the second or later collection cycle. Obtained cells are used in a pharmaceutical composition.
