FIELD: treatment of materials by pressure; production of parts by cold plastic deformation at preset level of service characteristics.
SUBSTANCE: cylindrical billet is placed in matrix on sphero-dynamic fluctuation module at support on pusher and is subjected to deformation on both sides by means of rolling punch and above-mentioned module. Motion is imparted to punch for circular rolling at periodic axial feed per revolution at simultaneous swinging. Sphero-dynamic fluctuation module has cavity with resonator located inside it; it follows motion of punch and spontaneously comes to state of deformation resonance which is accompanied by high sound timbre. As soon as this sound occurs, contact of billet with punch is discontinued and punch is raised to height not exceeding amount of axial feed per revolution, thus ensuring wave-type plastic deformation and forming mass of material at "artificial intelligence".
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
