FIELD: power control for mobile communication system. SUBSTANCE: proposed device and method are designed for power control during punched frame transmission where power control is ensured for punched frame of traffic data by means of power-up/power-down signal in the same way as for non-punched frame of traffic data. To this end mobile communication system has signal generator for simultaneous production of pilot signal and frame-base traffic signal, power corrector for correcting traffic signal power according to hole size of punched frame among other frames, and signal integrator for integrating power-corrected traffic signal and pilot signal produced by signal generator.
