FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing fiber flax plant care including double treatment procedures, first treatment procedure including treatment with mixture of protective and stimulating complex comprising 1•10-4-5•10-5 mol/hectare of n-Adamantil-1- hydrocinnamic acid and 1•10-2 mol/hectare of salicylic acid; combining first treatment procedure with treatment of sprouts with insecticides at plant height of 1-3 cm; combining second treatment procedure with treatment of sprouts with herbicides at plant height of 3-12 cm. Working fluid consumption is set to be 200-400 l/hectare. EFFECT: increased fiber flax seed and straw yield, improved quality of product, increased resistance of flax to unfavorable weather conditions. 4 tbl
