FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing basic soil cultivation in autumn and presowing soil cultivation in spring; performing seed treatment; sowing; pregerminating harrowing and providing sprouts care including double treatment of sprouts with mixture of protective and stimulating substance with insecticide and with mixture of said substance with herbicide, said first treatment procedure including use of succinamic acid as protective and stimulating substance at the rate of 5•10-3-1•10-2 mol/hectare with insecticide and second treatment procedure including use of succinamic acid as protective and stimulating substance at the rate of 5•10-3-1•10-2 mol/hectare and herbicide; setting working liquid consumption rate of 200- 400 l/hectare at plant height of 3-12 cm. Method allows resistance of plants to unfavorable weather conditions to be increased and accumulation of preparation in plant to be eliminated. EFFECT: increased flax seed and straw yield, improved quality of product, increased efficiency and reduced consumption of preparation, increased safety for environment, reduced expenses for preparation. 4 tbl
