FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing two treatment procedures with the use of mixture comprising protective and stimulating complex, first treatment procedure being carried out with the use of protective-stimulating substance, such as sulfosalicylic acid at the rate of 1•10-2 mol/hectare, and insecticide, when plant height is 1-3 cm, and second treatment procedure being carried out with the use of mixture of protective-stimulating complex comprising 1•10-2 mol/hectare of sulfosalicylic acid, 2 mol/hectare of CoSO4, 1 mol/hectare of KJ, and herbicide, when plant has height of 3-12 cm. Working fluid consumption rate is 200-400 l/hectare. EFFECT: increased fiber flax seed and straw yield, improved quality of product and increased resistance of plants to unfavorable weather conditions.
