FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mucous membrane along the piriform incisure line. Nasal clivus skin is mobilized adjacent to nasal bones forming in this way intertissular pocket. The second incision is done on the nasal atrium and mucous membrane boundary. Skin edge is separated through this incision all along its length and sutured with U-shaped suture together with perichondrium of the nostril cartilage. Suture material ends are brought outside through the mucous membrane into the nasal cavity and then via the intertissular pocket to the outer skin surface of the nostril cartilage. Mucous membrane and perichondrium of the nostril cartilage are concurrently displaced inside of the pocket in one block. The suture is tightened on polymer tubes and fixed with a knot. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; improved cosmetic result. 5 dwg
