FIELD: medicine, operative gynecology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating deformation and hypertrophy of uterine cervix. Impact is conducted successively in three stages. First, cryoimpact should be performed. Cone-shaped probe should be applied onto uterine cervix by capturing endo- and exocervix. Diathermoelectroexposure is conducted. Moreover, one should apply a conizator that corresponds to freezing area. Circular excision is carried out along the borders of freezing area. Cryoimpact is repeatedly conducted. Moreover, one should overlap lesion sections with edges of freezing area for 3-4 mm. In peculiar case, cryoimpact should be performed either in cutting or mixed mode up to -76 C at 3 min exposure. Diathermoelectroexcision is conducted either in cutting or mixed mode till white scab is observed. The method enables to prevent disease relapses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ? cl
