FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to prevention of developing precancer and initial cervical cancer (CC) by vaccination against human papilloma virus (HPV). Performing radio-wave exposure on cervical tissues in stages: I stage - performing radio-wave cone of uterine cervix using Surgitron apparatus-sail electrode in "Incision and coagulation" mode with power of 4-7 units with capture of middle and lower one-third of cervical canal with maximum removal of pathological changes of pre-tumor and tumor character; stage II involves resection of cervical canal walls using Surgitron loop electrode in "Incision and coagulation" mode with power of 4-7 units; stage III involves curettage of a cervical canal above a resection area; stage IV is ensured by tetravalent 6, 11, 16, 18 type vaccination according to three-dose subcutaneous introduction schedule of 0–2–6 months, followed by assessment of antiretroviral and antiviral effects of vaccination once in 3 months within the first year of follow-up, and in the absence of data on recurrent disease, a woman is allowed to plan pregnancy.
EFFECT: proposed method enables preventive vaccination against HPV to reduce the risk of HPV reinfection of women from viral-positive sexual partners and, accordingly, recurrences of the disease after successful organ-preserving treatment of HSIL (CIN 2-3, Cr in situ) and CC 1A1 st, which improves quality of life of woman and enables her to realize reproductive function with uncomplicated pregnancy and healthy children.
