FIELD: veterinary microbiology, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing dead cell-free (molecular) vaccine of new type. Method involves culturing mycobacteria from the strain BCG, isolation of two fractions cytoplasmic and fraction of cellular envelopes. Fraction of cellular envelopes is conjugated on cellulose matrix in the ratio = 1:10 (by mass) in the presence of chrome trichloride, then cytoplasmic fraction is added up to the protein content 1.5-2 mg/ml.
