FIELD: machine engineering, finish working of materials by cutting. SUBSTANCE: cutter includes holder having upper and lower layers and designed for mounting cutting tip and members for securing it, composition material. In order to enhance reliability, cutter includes angle braces arranged in grooves on inner surfaces of upper and lower layers of holder. Composition material is arranged between angle braces and upper and lower layers of holder. Angle braces may be made of waste material of forming production such as apertured sheets.
