FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special metallurgy, specifically to methods for obtaining alloy H25N45V30, intended for parts and assemblies, long-term without protective coatings in products of aviation fuel burning at temperatures up to 1300 °C. Method of semi-finished products from heat-resistant alloy H25N45V30 includes melting of charge materials by duplex method VIM + EBR by vacuum-induction remelting of charge materials containing standard process wastes of return of own production and ligature of nickel with subsequent pouring of alloy into horizontal moulds to produce electrodes and their electron-beam remelting into ingots, mechanical treatment of their surfaces with removal of surface layer at depth of 5–7 mm and deformation of ingot in one or more processing.
EFFECT: providing stable mechanical properties, improving yield due to elimination of tungsten segregation.
