FIELD: radiation monitoring. SUBSTANCE: facility incorporates detection unit including protective shield in the for of cylinder, multielement detector put on side surface of shield, electron converter connected to elements of detector and electron unit connected to outputs of converter. Facility is supplemented with another multielement detector with dynamic range additional to range of first detector. Shield comes in the form of cylinder with cavity housing converter and electron unit. Outputs of elements of second detector are connected in series to other inputs of converter and electron unit. Technical result of invention lies in enlarged dynamic range, increased radiation stability of facility with multielement detector ensuring its operation in gamma radiation fields with level of natural background up to 10 000 roentgen/h.
