FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: device includes coding mask, matrix of detectors, video camera and electronics unit, microcomputer, display and control panel. Matrix of detectors is made in the form of identical lines on which SBM21 Geiger-Muller counters are installed as sensitive elements according to equal number of counters in each line. Electronics unit includes unit of controllers, high voltage converter, storage battery unit, matching module, which are connected by means of common information inter-system CAN main line. Matrix of detectors is connected to controller unit consisting of set of identical controllers; each controller is connected to the appropriate line of matrix. Controller unit input is connected to output of high voltage converter, and its output is connected to CAN main line; high voltage converter inputs are connected to output of storage battery unit and to control panel unit; video camera output and display input are connected through matching module to microcomputer; at that, all modules of the device are arranged in one and the same housing.

EFFECT: enlarging measuring range.
