FIELD: traffic control. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves, for instance, evaluation of burst heading on vehicle during data burst reception from traffic control center, separation of home-alien characters form burst and if they coincide with home code, remaining burst data are decoded; in the process bursts are accumulated on vehicle in nonvolatile memory during exit from radio coverage area; upon entrance in radio coverage area these bursts are transferred to traffic control center; during parking period of vehicle signal reception from satellite radio navigation system is periodically interrupted for predetermined time. EFFECT: reduced time for taking decision at traffic control center at temporary data loss; enhanced reliability of protection against unauthorized access to vehicle control systems. 5 cl, 4 dwg
