FIELD: transport traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring the movement of vehicles. Method for the operational support and management of terrestrial vehicles is that the appropriate vehicle receives navigation signals from the satellites of the global radio navigation system, forming a packet of information with data, converting said packet of information into a signal for transmission over a channel of a cellular communication system in real time through a cellular communication system on the CU, where information is periodically received from this and from other vehicles. Process, store and display on the electronic map of the area of this information, and in the event of an abnormal situation, transmit corresponding message in the form of a packet of information to a corresponding vehicle through a cellular communication system, at reception of which on the vehicle, separate subsystems are switched on/off or two-way voice communication is established on this channel, while determining the exit times and the moments of vehicle entrance from/to the radio visibility zones of the cellular communication system and in the period between the indicated moments on the vehicle. While moving along the route of the vehicle to the subsystem, which stores information about the territory, national traditions, interesting facts of history, music, when leaving the radiocommunication zone, a signal comes from a special controller, the access of subsystems to which unauthorized access is possible, and the sound of the route begins. When the points of movement change or when entering the radio visibility zone are reached, this soundtrack changes to standard accompaniment, depending on the need for such accompaniment.
EFFECT: increased speed of maintenance of the vehicle with a temporary loss of information and reliability from unauthorized access to control systems of the vehicle.
