Method for preparing vegetable raw for extraction of juice involves treatment of vegetable raw with preparation obtained from biomass of micromycetes Mortierella hygrophila by sequential extraction with nonpolar extractant under supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water. Then the first extract is combined with solid residue obtained after carrying out above indicated stages by extraction in the amount 0.5-1 x 104 mg/t followed by keeping for 2-5 h, grinding and passing between pair electrodes.
