SUBSTANCE: prosthesis has longitudinal member having external surface, the first end, the second end and internal surface forming longitudinal channel for passage of moving fluid at some velocity. Said internal surface has means for increase of velocity of fluid passing through said longitudinal channel, and many holes for fluid communication of said external surface and said longitudinal channel. Said holes are of such size and located so as to provide blood draining from aneurysmal sac to said longitudinal channel.
