FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: oil residue (goudron) is extracted with liquefied propane to give asphalt and asphalt-free oil solutions. The latter, prior to be fed into first- step separator, is subjected to heating with no change in pressure. Vaporization of propane from asphalt-free oil solution is accomplished under subcritical conditions at 80-100 C and pressure 3.7-4.0 MPa. EFFECT: reduced power consumption on regeneration propane from asphalt-free oil solution. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
