FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil processing industry and can be employed at deasphalting of oil residues with light hydrocarbon solvents. Method includes extraction of oil residue by means of a hydrocarbon solvent, withdrawal of deasphalted and asphalt solutions from a column with further regeneration of the solvent from the deasphalting solution. The essence of the invention is as follows: withdrawal of the deashalting from the column in two flows, at that, one flow is directed to a separator of high pressure for regeneration of the solvent under supercritical in relation to the solvent conditions, while the other flow after reduction of pressure and heating is directed to evaporators of low pressure for regeneration of the solvent under before critical in relation to the solvent conditions.
EFFECT: reduction of power costs and metal consumption of facility.
