Moreover, at conducting intensive therapy it is necessary to determine urinary activity of gamma-glutamyltransferase and at its dynamic increase against the norm at the background of intensive therapy one should evaluate its effect to be nephrotoxic and correct the tactics of curative process. The present innovation enables to carry out diagnostics at earlier stage for nephrotoxic action of intensive therapy in neonatals under conditions of resuscitation.
