FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing soil layer through 6-8 cm depth for forming of soil aggregates of up to 15 mm size; treating crushed soil layer by dividing thereof into three layers: forming mid layer at depth of from 3-4 cm to 6-8 cm and undercutting weedage, creating fine-grain structure with soil aggregates of 0.5-5.0 cm size and density of 1.0-1.1 g/cu. cm; simultaneously forming lower layer of 4-6 mm thickness and density of 1.15-1.25 g/cu.cm at depth of 6-8 cm; sowing farm crop seeds on this compacted layer; forming upper 3-4 thick layer with fine-grain structure, said layer having soil aggregates of 0.2-3.0 mm size and density of 0.75-0.85 g/cu.cm; combing out plant remains from upper layer and using said plant remains for forming of mulching layer over treated soil surface. Such method allows crop yield to be increased by 17-20%. EFFECT: improved moisture accumulating and moisture saving soil properties, increased efficiency in protecting of soil from wind and water erosion and cleaning of soil from weedage.
