FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fodders' manufacturing. The suggested conservant is a mixture of ammonium sulfate, bischofite, glycine, potassium iodide, common salt at the following ratio of components, weight%: ammonium sulfate 50, bischofite 30, glycine 3, potassium iodide 0.002, common salt - the rest at 2-3 kg/t green mass. The suggested conservant enables to obtain silage of higher nutritive value against crude protein, carotene, magnesium and iodine. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 ex, 1 tbl
