FIELD: medicine, endocrinology, hormones. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the concentrated aqueous preparative forms of insulin with high physical and chemical stability. Method relates to the development of the insulin preparative form wherein the concentration of chloride ion is below 50 mM and the concentration of other ions, such as phosphate, is minimized. An aqueous preparative form of insulin comprises from 3 to 20 mM of human insulin or its analogue or its derivative, less 50 mM of chloride, less 10 mM of any anions different than chloride and acetate, from 2 to 5 Zn2+ ions per 6 insulin molecules and at least 3 phenol molecules per 6 insulin molecules. The proposed preparative insulin forms can be used for delivery by way of lung. EFFECT: valuable properties of insulin forms, expanded assortment of insulin preparations. 19 cl, 3 tbl
