FIELD: heat and power engineering, possibly manufacture of heat exchanging apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: method for making heat exchange apparatus comprises steps of filling space between tubes for cooled or heated liquid and walls of heat exchange apparatus with porous metal; before filling placing partitions between tubes and pouring granular material; selecting melting temperature of granular material and melting temperature of partition material higher that that of porous metal; heating poured granular material, tubes and partitions until temperature almost equal to melting temperature of porous metal; casting melt metal; after cooling removing granular material and material of partitions for receiving porous metal alternating with through gaps. In addition arranging inside tubes and in gaps turbulizing members. Gaps may be inclined relative to direction of blown air; it is possible to provide volume-variable porosity.
